Where do you source your exotic snacks from?
We scout the globe to bring you the rarest treats! Our inventory is imported directly from countries like Japan, Thailand, Brazil, and various regions across Europe to ensure authentic flavors you won't find at your local grocery store.
How do you handle shipping for fragile or temperature-sensitive items?
We take extra care in our packaging. Fragile items like chips are shipped in sturdy boxes with protective padding, and during warmer months, we offer insulated shipping options for chocolates and candies to prevent melting.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are the expiration dates different on international products?
Yes, please note that many international products use the Day/Month/Year format. Additionally, some countries print the 'Production Date' rather than the 'Expiry Date' on the packaging. We ensure all products are fresh before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lucky's Exotic Bodega ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to snack lovers worldwide in the near future.
How often do you restock rare items?
Because many of our items are limited edition or seasonal releases from overseas, restock times can vary. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following our social media for 'Back in Stock' alerts.
